Registered Vmax Pvt Ltd. and handover all advertising business and transaction of Business Formula, BF now has changed its objectives as a Business Devlopment Companies (BDCs) and started research on business opportunity in Nepal. After Covid Pandamic, Vmax merged its business with dps.

Started construction venture named Business Formula Infrastructure, later changed its name as SmartEstate Developers.
